  • CPC researcher at Experian Mosaic launch event

    1 April 2014 - CPC researcher, Professor Ann Berrington, presented at the Experian Mosaic launch event in London.

    The event was aimed at a business and marketing audience to update them on changes to the Mosaic tool, which is used for defining and understanding target audiences in a range of sectors.

    Mosaic is a socio-demographic / lifestyle classification of UK households that classifies households into distinct socio-demographic segments. Data sources include the Census, lifestyle surveys and a host of other publicly available data. It is redeveloped every five years to re-classify UK society and to identify new and emerging segments.

    At the launch event, Professor Berrington gave an overview of recent demographic research and commented on Experian's demographic observations from the last five years.
