  • CPC educates and entertains at the ESRC Festival of Social Science

    On 8 and 9 November, CPC's Jason Hilton, Maja Palmer and Natalia Permyakova gave thought provoking speeches about migration, ageing and welfare, to educate and celebrate Social Science during the fifteenth year of the ESRC Festival of Social Science.

    The two evenings of informal and interactive talks were open to everyone, with no prior knowledge of the subject necessary, and were organised with CPC in collaboration with the Administrative Research Data Centre - England (ADRC-E), National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM) and the University of Southampton Public Engagement with Research team. The organisers were delighted that each night was a sold out event and that the researchers were able to engage with nearly 100 members of the public about their important research findings.
