BSPS Conference 2019: Call for papers

The British Society for Population Studies (BSPS) is now accepting papers for its 2019 conference, with a deadline of 29 April 2019.

This year’s conference, due to take place between 9-11 September 2019 at Cardiff University, will have the theme of ‘An ageing population: Opportunities and challenges’.

We expect CPC members to have a strong presence at the conference, presenting latest research findings and emerging studies. Our members and associates are also organising the following strands:

Fertility and reproductive health | Strand organiser: Heini Väisänen

Innovative data, methods and models | Strand organiser: Jason Hilton

Migration and mobilities | Strand organisers: Júlia Mikolai and Hill Kulu

Ageing across the globe (with proposed session on ‘Experimental/quasi-experimental approaches to ageing research’) | Strand organiser: Nele van der Wielen

For the full call for papers, submission and conference information, please visit the BSPS conference website. You are also invited to contact strand organisers directly with any strand-specific queries, or pic@lse.ac.uk for general conference enquiries.
