CPC at Population Europe event on active ageing and the redistribution of work in Europe
20 November 2012 - Researchers from CPC attended an event hosted by Population Europe entitled "The Times of Our Lives: Active Ageing and the Redistribution of Work in Europe".
The event, held in Brussels and attended by Professor Jane Falkingham, Professor Maria Evandrou and Dr Athina Vlachantoni, constituted a closed meeting between 30-50 scientists, policy makers, journalists and representatives from interest groups and NGOs. The second part of the event consisted of a panel debate for a wider audience with representatives from policy, economy, civil society, and research.
