    We have published five CPC Briefing Papers since Autumn 2013:

    CPC Briefing Paper 14, authored by Helen Packwood and Allan Findlay, looks at immigration, Scotland and the constitutional change debate.

    CPC Briefing Paper 15, authored by Scott Tindal, David McCollum and David Bell, considers immigration policy and constitutional change, taking into account the perspectives on Scottish employers and industry representatives.

    CPC Briefing Paper 16, authored by Arek Wisniowski, Jakub Bijak and Han Lin Shang, examines forecasts for migration in Scotland and the potential impact of independence on future trends.

    CPC Briefing Paper 17, authored by Han Lin Shang, Jakub Bijak and Arek Wisniowski, looks at the directions of impact of Scottish independence on migration using a survey of experts.

    CPC Briefing Paper 18, authored by Govert E. Bijwaard and Jackline Wahba, considers whether high-income or low-income immigrants leave a country faster.
